Adecco Romania is looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join one of our partners in the food production & distribution sector.

🚀 Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and communicate sales performance & targets
• Coordinate and support the regional sales team
• Participate in field sales activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor competitors’ commercial strategies
• Propose and implement sales development initiatives
• Support the growth and development of the sales team
• Expand the customer network in the assigned region
• Drive qualitative sales growth
• Ensure implementation of company commercial policies

🎯 Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience (FMCG or food sector experience is a plus)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Proactive mindset and results-driven attitude
• Good command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Team coordination experience – a strong advantage
• Valid driving license (B category)
