About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative (Area Manager) to develop new business and grow the existing customer portfolio across Moldova area. This is a field sales role reporting directly to the Head of Sales, ideal for a results-driven B2B sales professional with a strong focus on new client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new clients within the assigned target group for the company's textile rental and maintenance services
• Expand and fully service the existing customer portfolio
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets, including turnover and number of contracts signed
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across the assigned territory
• Represent the company in the field through regular client visits
• Report on turnover and contract activity as part of ongoing performance tracking

Key Requirements
• High School Diploma required; a college degree is a plus
• 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in direct or field sales
• Native Romanian speaker with communication-level English
• General PC skills with technical aptitude and know-how
• Valid driving license
Nice To Have
• Hungarian and/or German language skills at communication level
• Experience working with CRM or SAP systems
• Background in service-based or recurring-revenue B2B sales models
• Experience gained at companies such as Wuerth, Salesianer, Lindstrom, or Hilti
