We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative in the Area: Brasov; Prahova; Sibiu, Harghita, Covasna.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in the infrastructure/construction B2B area or similar);
• Experience in creating, maintaining and growing a client portfolio; (preferably in close portfolio, i.e. National & local public/government offices, municipalities, design offices, private construction companies)
• Ability to easily build relationships with clients and colleagues, to build effective long-term relationships;
• Very good negotiation, communication, presentation skills;
• Ability to easily make decisions, to assume responsibility for decisions and to initiate actions;
• Completed higher education (advantage: Faculty of Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Constructions; Faculty of Hydrotechnics; Faculty of Railways, Roads and Bridges);
• Ability to work independently but also in a team;
• Energetic, organized and results-oriented person;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Sales and negotiation courses taken would be an advantage;
• English language – minimum intermediate level;
• Category B driving license
Responsibilities:
• Prospects offline, online and directly in the assigned area, identifies information about potential clients, qualifies leads and requests discussed/received;
• Conducts meetings with existing and/or potential clients as planned and records their results in CRM;
• Represents the company in relation to clients, as well as any partners or profile associations to promote the image and transmit specific information about the company and its services;
• Periodically calls and visits existing clients;
• Prepares and presents the offer to potential clients, personalized according to requests/needs;
• Negotiates and re-makes offers as appropriate, negotiates and draws up sales contracts within the approved limits;
• Provides permanent assistance during the delivery, installation of equipment and solutions contracted by its own clients;
• Participates in events organized by the company, namely local, national or international exhibition events, PR workshops and networking events or any other related events that can support its own activity;
• Knows in detail the products and services offered by the company: all categories of materials and integrated solutions, their advantages and specifications, the services provided and how they can be provided for the benefit of clients;
• Constantly and consistently records its own activity, the data collected and processed in the CRM application;
• Produces daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales activity, requested by the Sales Director;
• Follows up with clients in order to collect uncollected amounts according to the terms and conditions of the contract.
Salary:
The salary will be determined after the interview, depending on the experience and skills of each candidate within our policy range.
