• At least 3–5 years of sales experience in frozen food, bakery products, FMCG, or food distribution
• A proven track record of bringing in new customers
• Strong contacts within the Romanian retail or food industry
• Confidence in negotiation and customer relationship management
• Independent, proactive, outgoing and results-oriented personality
• Fluent Romanian is essential; English is required (knowledge of Hungarian is welcome)
• Valid, clean driving license for frequent travel
