How you will contribute

• Oversees the management of the assigned client portfolio, developing tailored strategies for each client based on their financing needs;
• Assesses the performance of the clients within the portfolio;
• Collaborates with the Financial Analysis and Specialized Products Departments to design complex financing transactions, leading and coordinating the involved teams;
• Contributes to the preparation of credit applications, and monitors the approval and implementation of financing facilities;
• Proposes the initial approval of credit documentation for clients within the assigned portfolio;
• Involved in preparing and monitoring of credit documentation;
• Provides on-demand support to other front-office entities in client transactions, particularly with state-owned companies.

What will help you be successful

• Advanced education in Economics or a related field;
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years in financial or banking institutions, with a focus on sales;
• Expertise in Sales and Negotiation Techniques;
• Comprehensive understanding of banking products, corporate operations, and risk management;
• Strong grasp of economic and commercial trends, as well as market dynamics;
• Legal knowledge of state and private company legislation in Romania;
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities;
• Excellent presentation skills.
