Your profile

• You have 3+ years of professional experience in accounting and possess sound specialist knowledge. Knowledge of property accounting is an advantage.
• Independent, solution-oriented and very meticulous in his work.
• Team-oriented and reliable – you enjoy working with others and supporting them when needed.
• Experience working with industry-standard ERP systems (e.g., Domus, PowerHaus, Immoware24, Impower) is an advantage.
• Fluent German skills are required.

Your tasks

• Take over the ongoing accounting of real estate properties, including the posting and booking of business transactions.
• Responsible for rental accounting, including the preparation of operating cost statements.
• Identify potential areas for optimizing our processes and contribute your own ideas.
• Work closely with the management team to further advance the company's success.
