Summary of the Role:

The Remote Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, outreaching, engaging, and assessing qualified candidates to support internal and client-facing hiring. You’ll deliver bespoke, end-to-end support for each requisition that anticipates needs, personalizes every interaction, and reduces friction for both clients and candidates—while documenting what works so it can be replicated.

You will collaborate closely with CEO and Operations Manager over Slack and Zoom (cameras on) to define deliverables, set timelines, and align efforts with company goals—upholding stakeholder-facing professionalism at all times (business-appropriate attire, well-lit and confidential workspace, high-resolution camera and audio, real professional background).

Once goals are set, you will own execution and results within agreed parameters, maintaining high communication standards: prompt responses, clear and error-free updates, timely follow-ups, and clarifying questions to ensure alignment. You will drive cost-effective hiring by optimizing channel mix and negotiations to maximize candidate quality within budget, and you will strategically leverage your professional network and social presence to attract aligned talent. All activities must comply with evolving platform terms and best practices to maintain account health and prevent suppression, with transparent knowledge transfer throughout.


Compensation:

  • Pay Rate: 65 RON Per Hour
  • No Benefits: This is an independent contractor role; therefore, no additional benefits are provided.


Work Schedule & Availability:

  • Estimated Weekly Hours: 15-25 hours per week based on company hiring needs and alignment with scheduling.
  • Flexible Hours: Structure your workday and week as you see fit, while ensuring successful recruitment outcomes and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Meetings & Communication: Be available for meetings and communication with stakeholders throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Own the full sourcing funnel—from high-converting job posts to advanced Boolean strings running targeted lead generation campaigns. Provide timely feedback and support the development of multi-channel sourcing strategies and execute them to efficiently and effectively maximize the identification of qualified talent.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Execute outreach and engagement strategies for sourced leads and inbound candidates, including tailored high touch personalized communications such as custom Loom outreach recordings. Maximize candidate acquisition and retention throughout the recruitment funnel ensuring successful completion of comprehensive assessments.
  • Conduct Candidate Assessments: Conduct and deliver thorough candidate assessments throughout the recruitment funnel, including questionnaires, personality tests, structured Zoom interviews, reference checks and live tests to extract and capture key insights aligned with company needs.

  • Stakeholder-Facing Professionalism: Conduct all stakeholder video meetings and candidate interviews in business-appropriate attire, from a well-organized, well-lit, confidential, distraction-free workspace, using a high-resolution camera and high-fidelity audio. The background must be real and professional—no bedrooms, shared spaces, clutter, people, virtual backgrounds, or blur effects.
  • High Communication Standards: Provide regular updates and respond to messages promptly. Communicate clearly with attention to grammar, spelling, and detail, ensuring timely follow-ups. Ask clarifying questions to ensure mutual understanding and alignment of expectations.
  • Cost-Effective Hiring: Maximize candidate quality and alignment within hiring budgets by strategically sourcing, engaging and negotiating with talent.
  • Timesheet & Invoicing: Maintain and submit an accurate timesheet on days worked that itemizes tasks, projects, and billable hours to ensure transparency and alignment with your invoicing.
  • Leverage Personal Networks: Strategically leverage your professional network and social presence across relevant platforms to proactively source, and attract qualified candidates who align with client and companies hiring needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Strive to exceed expectations, remain curious, and explore new tools, technologies, or strategies to enhance performance. Seek and offer constructive feedback, and pursue iterative improvements in processes and strategies.
  • Platform Compliance: Ensure all strategies, management and execution comply with platforms’ evolving implicit and explicit best practices and policies such as TOS, ensuring full account functionality is maintained and shadowbanning, suppression, and other algorithmic negative consequences are prevented.
  • Collaborative Knowledge Transfer: Collaborate with the Operations team to systematically transfer your evolving recruitment insights, tactics, and processes, enabling the creation and refinement of robust documentation including: SOPs, guidelines and workflows that support repeatable and scalable recruiting outcomes.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Implement and test new and evolving tactics which strive to optimize and refine our recruitment process under the guidance of the leadership team.


Requirements:

MANDATORY:

  • 2+ years - Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership: Ran sourcing → screening → offer/close for targeting candidates in at least one developed market (US, CA, UK, EU, AU, etc.).
  • Professional Workspace or Home Office: You have a dedicated, quiet, well-lit, and confidential workspace with reliable high-speed internet, a high-resolution webcam, and high-fidelity audio suitable for professional video calls. The background must be real and professional—no bedrooms, shared spaces, clutter, people, virtual backgrounds, or blur effects.
  • LinkedIn Network Depth – Public profile shows a visible first-degree connection count of ≥ 500.

PREFERRED:

  • 1+ year - LLM Usage: Utilized any LLM model: ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. in real business contexts applied to any of the Mandatory or Preferred Experience/Background listed.
  • Experience/Background:
  • 1+ year – Remote Startup Experience: Worked remotely in a <20-person company
