About the Role:
As an SAP IT Inhouse Consultant – SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for the technical support and continuous development of our HR system landscape. You will work closely with the HR business department and internal IT teams to implement innovative SAP solutions and actively drive the digital HR transformation—especially the transition from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Your Responsibilities
· Technical ownership and continuous enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central
· Consulting, design, and implementation of interfaces and integrations with surrounding systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting
· Analysis, evaluation, and documentation of business and technical requirements
· Implementation of architecture, security, and compliance guidelines
· Design, creation, and maintenance of iFlows in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
· Optimization and support of SAP HCM modules such as:
o Personnel Administration (PA)
o Organizational Management (OM)
o Payroll (PY)
· Taking responsibility in HR IT projects and providing hands-on support in daily operations
· Close collaboration with:
o IT-HR teams
o HR business stakeholders
o Internal IT departments
o External service providers
Your Profile
· Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
· Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
· Solid knowledge of SAP HCM PA, OM, and Payroll (nice to have)
· Strong technical background in SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Integration
· Experience with OData APIs and complex integration scenarios
· Structured, proactive working style with strong communication skills
· Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
Language Skills
· German: Business fluent (mandatory)
· English: Very good written and spoken skills
