Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bucharest, Romania. The Renewal Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the renewal and expediting of various projects. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, liaising with vendors, tracking inspection milestones, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless service delivery. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to efficiently achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Project Management and the ability to lead project lifecycles effectively
• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure project deliverables are met on time
• Knowledge of Inspection processes to uphold quality standards
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to handle the movement and delivery of goods efficiently
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with contract management and supplier engagement is advantageous
• Experience managing renewable or maintenance-focused projects is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
