What your day will look like

Mission

As a Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible for managing license renewals for existing customers, securing timely contract closure, and identifying upsell opportunities within the renewal process.

Your Role Directly Contributes To

• Industrializing renewal processes to handle large volumes efficiently.
• Ensuring 100% coverage: every active user has an active contract linked to a closed opportunity.
• Scaling Thinkproject for the future by establishing repeatable and efficient renewal practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end renewal cycle for assigned accounts.
• Engage with customers before contract expiry to secure timely renewals.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on renewal quotes/contracts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify incremental or upsell potential.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce (all renewals flagged and closed properly).
• Work with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and contract accuracy.
• Support the Renewal Team Lead with reporting and forecasting of renewal rates.

What you need to fulfill the role

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in renewals, account management, inside sales, or customer success.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities (handling high-volume renewals).
• Proficiency in Salesforce (or another CRM) is a strong plus.
• Language requirements:
• English mandatory.
• Must speak German fluently.
