The role:

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst for our office in VASS BRASOV, who would join a team of open-minded and personable people. This is a hybrid role with 2 days/week on site.

• Create professional, management-ready Power BI dashboards and visualizations
• Build mockups, prototypes, and final dashboard layouts for various stakeholder groups
• Translate complex data (KPM, topology, plans, brand/cluster inputs) into clear, intuitive and actionable visuals
• Optimize dashboard UI/UX to ensure clarity, usability, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with users to gather reporting needs and iterate on designs
• Ensure all visuals support KPI storytelling and align with OE1/OE2 leadership expectations
• Participate in German-language meetings, clarify requirements, and document visual concepts accordingly

• Expertise in Power BI UI/UX design, dashboard layout, and KPI-storytelling
• Ability to build custom visuals and create user-friendly, management-ready interfaces
• Experience working with heterogeneous data sources (KPM, GOB plans, cluster plans, brand inputs, topology, project plans)
• Experience in automotive reporting environments (highly preferred)
• Strong communication skills to understand stakeholder needs and management expectations
• Ability to design visuals suitable for OE1/OE2 leadership users
• German proficiency is required (B2-C1)
