Your Key Responsibilities

• Governance to set up/establish and operate a monitoring system to control and ensure the required performance in supply chain and operations;
• Development of performance indicators and the associated operational reporting/dashboards, to control and ensure the performance along the supply chain;
• Collaboration and development of proposals for defining the targets for the respective performance indicators;
• Performance assessment of operational performance and identification of potential for performance improvement;
• Setting up/conducting benchmarking for continuous improvement in the global operations network.
  

Your Qualifications

• Business studies or comparable degree;
• Advanced know-how and experience with supply chain management processes: planning and distribution networks, production networks, production and sales logistics, planning processes;
• Advanced knowledge of SAP modules, SAP BW, MS Office applications, English required;
• PowerBI, SQL and MS Fabrics skills - would be a plus;
• Experience in manufacturing industries desirable: ability to analyze volume and value flows, product knowledge, customer knowledge - would be a plus;
• Motivational skills, ability to work in a team, self-confident attitude, ability to deal with conflicts, analytical and goal-oriented working methodology.
