As a Reporting Specialist within the Portfolio Management Office, you will be the go-to person for accurate and insightful reporting that supports investment analysis, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement. Your data fluency and analytical mindset will fuel high-quality decision-making across the business.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports on fund and portfolio company performance for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring data consistency and integrity across internal databases, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
• Coordinating data collection cycles, including user access setup and sending standard templates to stakeholders.
• Managing and continuously improving Excel models and internal templates.
• Supporting the Investor Relations and Investment teams with tailored reporting and presentation materials.
• Responding promptly to data and reporting requests, ensuring accuracy and clarity under tight deadlines.
• Contributing to the automation and optimization of recurring reporting processes.
• Performing variance analysis, trend identification, and highlighting data-driven insights.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to improve reporting quality, transparency, and efficiency.

You’ll Need to Have:

• Educational Background: University degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or Business.
• Experience: 2+ years in a reporting, financial analyst, or data analyst role, preferably within private equity, banking, or financial services.
• Tech & Tools Mastery: Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with VBA.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong data interpretation skills and an eye for turning numbers into narratives.
• Communication: Excellent English (written and verbal). Ability to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail Orientation: High accuracy, low tolerance for errors, and a knack for catching data inconsistencies before they escalate.
