Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fleet Services Sales Representative, primarily located in the Brașov Metropolitan Area, with some opportunities for remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, fostering relationships with existing customers, presenting and promoting fleet repair services, and achieving sales targets. The position also involves collaborating with the internal team to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, including a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and fleet repair services is a plus
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in managing sales records and preparing performance reports
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Valid driver’s license and availability to travel as needed within the Brașov Metropolitan Area
• Fluency in Romanian; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Previous experience in a sales role is a strong asset
