Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Corlatesti - Prahova, Romania, for a Research and Development Engineer. The role involves developing and improving products, executing research projects, conducting testing, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. The successful candidate will also contribute to optimizing current processes and ensuring product adherence to quality and industry standards.

We are looking for someone with completed higher education in fields such as:

• Chemistry
• Chemical Engineering
• Construction
• Natural Sciences

Previous experience is not mandatory, but it is definitely considered an advantage and will be reflected in the salary package.

Main responsibilities include:

• coordinating laboratory-related activities;
• supervising quality analyses and testing;
• checking raw materials and finished products;
• working closely with production teams to ensure recipes and procedures are followed;
• ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
