Most restaurant jobs ask you to fix something broken. This one doesn't.
Our restaurant works — solid processes, a consolidated team, over 200 seats, 40+ person team. We're not looking for someone to reinvent the wheel or change what already runs well. We're looking for a leader who brings energy into the room, raises the bar on attitude, and pulls out the potential that's already there.
This role is about motivation, consistency and active presence — not radical transformation.

What you'll own
- Operational leadership of a 40-person team, with energy, clarity and natural authority
- Maintaining and reinforcing existing processes — you respect them and bring them to life, you don't replace them
- Daily service standards in a premium à la carte setting — present in service, not behind a desk
- Guest experience: setting the tone for premium service and making sure every guest leaves with a memorable experience, not just a good meal
- Team development: regular performance reviews, direct feedback, spotting talent and growing it internally
- The numbers: revenue, average ticket, covers, food cost, labor cost — read them, act on them, report on them
- Smooth front-of-house ↔ kitchen coordination, plus HACCP and sanitary compliance
You're a fit if you have
- 5+ years in restaurant management (Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, Assistant GM or similar)
- Experience in high-volume à la carte venues (150+ seats, teams of 20+)
- A premium or upscale-casual background — you understand a demanding guest
- A track record of taking over an existing team and energizing it without breaking what works
- Comfort with POS systems, operational reporting and P&L (food cost, labor cost)
- HACCP and HoReCa sanitary standards
- Fluent Romanian; intermediate English
- Higher education in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field — a plus, not a requirement

- You listen to the team, but you decide clearly — you don't leave things in the fog

- You want to reform everything because "at my old place we did it differently"
- You manage from reports, not from the floor
- You're a strong technician but not a real people leader
