About the Role

We are looking for a Retail & Omnichannel IT Delivery Specialist to support Retail and Omnichannel development within DtC Sales and Marketing D&IT functions for our client's global brands.

In this role, you will work closely with Solution Managers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and vendors to support development initiatives from scope definition through implementation and continuous development. You will play a key role in coordinating delivery, ensuring quality, supporting agile ways of working, and helping achieve agreed business and technical targets on time.

This is a hands-on role operating across retail, eCommerce, omnichannel technologies, and IT delivery, acting as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall ownership of assisting retail and omnichannel (All channels are integrated and work together) functional / tech development coordination from continuous development to program delivery, incl. solutions, dev operations & processes mgmt. with internal and external stakeholders through dev pipeline incl. all areas.
• Help to define development scope by working collaboratively with Business, Development, Sales, Operations, Digital&IT and other departments.
• Manage Jira board, sprints, tickets together with Solution Managers and operating as a Scrum Master.
• Prepare, update and create documentation and meeting memos e.g. Jira / Confluence documentation. Reporting value adding way with actionable insights.
• Follow the client's technical guidelines, templates, best practices.
• Control that changes are recorded, and change mgmt. and audit readiness is followed.
• Help to create plans and reserve resources.
• Stakeholder and area's network collaboration, communication support and expectation mgmt.
• Participate in vendor management.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, support to provide consistent service and UX.
• Participate in testing.
• Provide technical support, consultation, demos and trainings for different technologies (related to Retail and Omnichannel).
• Contribute to current and new products and services planning, design, development, implementation and testing. E.g. by assisting to translate the business requirement to detail level and turning those to e.g. workable solutions, integrations, action plans, securing that those meet the requirements, results and documentation level.
• Perform variety of other ad-hoc tasks, operations and project actions as assigned.
• Support to drive growth and reach agreed targets.

Skills Requirements:

• To succeed in this position, you have app. 3 years of IT and business/industry work experience in a similar role.
• You have in-depth knowledge of a variety of DTC digital development related ways of working, operations, processes, IT systems, databases and applications - Previous technical support role will be an advance.
• You are able to adapt your interpersonal style to suit different people and situations, showing respect and sensitivity towards individual and cultural differences in multi-cultural environments.
• You have great problem solving, time-management and communication skills.
• You are a friendly team player with internal client service attitude.
• As a person you have a self-organizing structured way of working, even in fast changing environment.
• You have both accuracy for detail and ability to understand larger DTC contexts and dependencies.
• You are self-motivated, action oriented, seeking continual improvement and you are results driven both from tech and business perspective.
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent competence and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.
• You have Fluent written and spoken English. English will be your daily working language.
