Required Skills & Experience:
4–6 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or a comparable operational leadership role
Strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in Excel, P&L management, and inventory or ERP software
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in conflict resolution, performance management, and team development
Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and vendor relationship management
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (lean, continuous improvement, or similar frameworks)
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Organised, hands-on, and solutions-driven — comfortable owning problems and seeing them through to resolution
Nice to Have:
Experience in fashion retail or working alongside international brand partners
Knowledge of Romanian retail compliance requirements (UIT codes, e-Factura, waste and environmental reporting)
Experience managing POS systems or leading retail technology implementations
