About The Role
Our Employer Branding team drives campaigns that attract top talent to Revolut. From creative concepts to digital campaigns and in-person events, they tell authentic stories about what it’s like to work here and why the brightest minds should join us.
We’re looking for a Graduate Social Media Manager to help shape our online presence, grow our community, and support the strategy that inspires people to join Revolut. You’ll create engaging content and experiment with new formats, turning followers into candidates and employees into advocates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the day-to-day management of our social media channels, including LinkedIn and Instagram, to promote Revolut as an employer
• Reviewing and adjusting job posts to optimise for social channels
• Implementing new ideas and creative approaches for our Insider content
• Working with the Glassdoor platform, including managing the account and responding to reviews
• Creating engaging content during events and other offline activities
• Writing on-brand copy and helping to schedule and publish posts
• Engaging with our community by responding to comments and messages
• Tracking social media performance, pulling reports, and highlighting wins or areas to improve
• Helping to deliver advocacy content showcasing employee voices and authentic stories from within Revolut
  

What You'll Need

• A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade) in a STEM subject
• To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
• Fluency in English (native level)
• Impressive communication and creative writing skills, with confidence writing copy that feels native to each platform
• Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to spot even the smallest mistakes
• An interest in social-first content, having an ability to quickly spot what's trending, what performs well, and why people engage
• A curious and proactive mindset to explore what’s next and make an impact
• Great problem-solving skills and a passion for data, with an interest in learning about performance tracking
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R
• Full-time availability from September 2026
• A collaborative, team-first attitude
  

Nice to have

• A degree in communications, marketing, digital media, journalism, business, or related field
• Previous experience or internship in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or fast-growing tech
• Experience with design tools, such as Adobe and Figma
• Experience creating video content for Instagram and TikTok
• Experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools, such as Sprout and Looker
• An interest in fintech and the financial industry
