We are looking for a strategic and analytical Revenue Growth Manager to drive pricing, promotional effectiveness, and portfolio optimization across customers and channels. This role will be responsible for maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share through data-driven decision making, while ensuring alignment with long-term category and business objectives. You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Operations teams to embed Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PricingDevelop and execute pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.Analyze pricing performance, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.Lead price increase planning and ensure pricing governance compliance.Promotion & Trade Investment OptimizationDesign and optimize promotional and trade investment strategies to maximize ROI.Monitor promotion effectiveness and recommend improvement actions.Partner with Commercial teams to develop customer-specific promotional plans.Customer & Category GrowthDevelop customer-focused RGM strategies and support commercial negotiations.Monitor customer profitability and identify growth opportunities.Use segmentation and analytics to optimize investment decisions.Portfolio & Mix ManagementSupport portfolio optimization through assortment, pricing, and pack architecture initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve category profitability and value creation.Contribute to innovation and renovation projects with pricing recommendations.Insights & AnalyticsDeliver dashboards, analyses, and actionable recommendations to support business decisions.Monitor revenue drivers, profitability, and commercial performance.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Category teams to align growth strategies.Promote RGM best practices and build capabilities across the organization. RequirementsUniversity degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Advanced English level (written and spoken).Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Pricing, Commercial Finance, Category Management, Trade Marketing, or related commercial roles.Strong financial acumen and understanding of pricing, profitability, and trade investment management.Experience with price elasticity analysis, promotional effectiveness evaluation, and customer profitability analysis.Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and influencing skills.Advanced Excel and Power BI (or similar analytics tools) proficiency is an advantage.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment What Success Looks LikeImproved price realization and margin performance.Increased promotional ROI and optimized trade spend.Stronger portfolio profitability and pack-price architecture.Clear, actionable insights that drive commercial decisions.Adoption of Revenue Growth Management frameworks and mindset across teams.
