As a Risk Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in analyzing and managing the retail loan portfolio, ensuring data integrity, and providing essential reports for the bank's strategic decisions.

The position we are recruiting for is a fixed-term role.

How will you contribute

• Retail loans portfolio data management: updating databases, performing data quality checks, and data mining;
• Developing regular and ad-hoc MIS reports, primarily using PL/SQL;
• Managing the retail risk portfolio to identify and mitigate credit risk;
• Creating specific reports for risk processes, loan overdues, scoring models, and collection activities;
• Analyzing and reporting on product segments, distribution channels, and client types;
• Automating reporting processes to increase efficiency;
• Collaborating with Erste Group to align with Retail Risk MIS standards;
• Actively participating in strategic retail risk projects;
• Cooperating with the Retail Risk Policy Manager to define and review the credit policy.

What will help you be successful

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with large volumes of data (analysis, reporting, data management);
• Advanced/Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Suite) and experience in Oracle database programming (SQL/PL/SQL) and/or Python;
• Previous experience in the banking sector (especially in risk or retail) is a significant plus;
• A university degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in fields such as Cybernetics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance;
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured mindset;
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
