Lingua Learn provides the systems, network, and support needed to build a successful online language school in each partner’s territory.Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Romania Online Language School Franchise Partnership with Lingua Learn Franchise Group. The partner will focus on establishing, managing, and growing Lingua Learn’s online language school presence in Romania, using the provided franchise tools and support. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local marketing and sales efforts, conducting market research to identify opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team. The role also involves supervising local operations, ensuring high-quality training delivery, monitoring performance metrics, and adapting strategies to meet growth targets. The partner will actively represent the Lingua Learn brand in Romania, building strategic partnerships with businesses, institutions, and individual clients.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage clients, partners, and team members effectively.Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and inform business decisions.Writing skills to produce clear, professional communications, proposals, and local marketing content.Training experience or familiarity with educational services to support the delivery and promotion of language programs.Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management, preferably in education or online services.Comfort working remotely with digital tools (CRM, e-commerce platforms, online communication and collaboration tools).Ability to operate as an independent contractor, manage time effectively, and take ownership of commercial outcomes.Fluency in Romanian and strong English skills; additional languages are an advantage.Knowledge of the Romanian education, corporate training, or HR landscape is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for highly experienced candidates.
