Role Description This is a remote, contract partnership role for a Romania Online Language School Franchise Partner with Lingua Learn Franchise Group. The partner will oversee the establishment and growth of the Lingua Learn brand in Romania, including local market research, client acquisition, and relationship management with public and corporate clients. Daily activities include coordinating marketing campaigns, managing the local e-commerce platform and CRM, and supervising learner enrollment, customer service, and course delivery in collaboration with Lingua Learn’s global teacher network. The partner will work closely with the Global Franchise Support Team on HR, sales, marketing, admin, and academic matters to ensure consistent quality and alignment with franchise standards. This role is ideal for individuals or businesses seeking to build and scale an online language school presence in Romania using a proven franchise model.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities and track performance.
• Writing skills for local marketing content, proposals, and professional correspondence.
• Training skills to oversee or coordinate teacher onboarding and staff development.
• Experience in education, language training, franchising, or online business development is highly beneficial.
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a remote setting.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms; basic knowledge of online marketing is an advantage.
• Fluency in Romanian and strong proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
