In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our Romanian-speaking customers, handling their inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. Your contributions will be essential in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Romanian and English via multiple communication channels
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Fluency in Romanian and English with excellent communication skills
