Your role as a Remote Sales-Oriented Recruiter:

• Proactively contact and engage job seekers across Europe.
• Convert applicants into hires through strong sales skills and goal-oriented service.
• Communicate professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, chat, and social media.
• Work closely with candidates to collect profiles and required documents.
• Keep our recruitment database organized and up to date.
• Translate and communicate between English and Romanian.
• Collect and submit candidate feedback after placement.
• Be active on social media and feel comfortable engaging with candidates through calls, video communication, and online content.
• Confidently share information, speak with candidates, and participate in creating engaging recruitment content online.
• Actively contribute to social media recruitment efforts by recording or participating in videos about job opportunities, candidate experiences, and working in the Netherlands, using platforms such as TikTok and other social media channels to attract candidates.

💪Are You the Ideal Fit?We’re looking for someone who:

• Speaks good Romanian and English.
• Can work full-time within the CET time zone.
• Bonus: speaks another European language (e.g., Spanish, Polish, Lithuanian, etc.) — not mandatory but a strong advantage.
• Is competitive and motivated to be among the top performers on the team.
• Has experience in sales, recruitment, or other result-driven roles.
• Is highly proactive, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Is available full-time, although freelance, and requires full professional availability.
• Has strong emotional resilience and performs well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Is motivated by bonuses and financial rewards - results lead to higher earnings.
• Is active on social media and feels comfortable engaging online and being visible when promoting job opportunities or recruitment-related content.

Don’t enjoy making phone calls or speaking with people every day.Struggle to stay organized or manage your time independently while working remotely.Prefer a fixed hourly wage and are not motivated by performance bonuses.Lacks competitive drive or the motivation to improve results month after month.Cannot commit to treating this freelance role as full-time.Get easily discouraged or find it difficult to handle stressful or emotionally intense situations.Need constant supervision or struggle to adapt to new tools, processes, and changing priorities.Are uncomfortable using social media professionally or being involved in online engagement or recruitment-related content when needed.

What You’ll Gain
