Role Description The Romina Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in the Romina territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing a local market entry strategy, conducting market research, and identifying key customer segments in both public and corporate sectors. The partner will oversee local marketing and sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team to implement systems, training, and operational processes. This role also involves recruiting and onboarding teaching staff as needed, ensuring quality delivery of online language and skills training, and monitoring performance to drive sustainable business growth.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and teaching staff.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market potential, interpret data, and inform strategic decisions.
• Writing skills to develop clear marketing content, proposals, and client communications.
• Training experience or aptitude to support onboarding and development of local staff and teachers.
• Background in business development, franchising, education, or related fields is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (CRM, e-commerce, online meeting tools) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued.
