Project-based (B2B preferred) - 3 months - role for UiPath via Flow Automations – Hybrid in Bucharest

Flow Automations, a strategic partner of UiPath, is hiring an RPA Business Analyst to support UiPath’s enterprise automation initiatives.

This role is focused on business analysis and solution design for enterprise-grade automation programs. You’ll collaborate closely with UiPath delivery teams, align business requirements with technical feasibility, and ensure high-quality automation solutions are delivered for some of the largest organizations in Europe.

What You Will Be Doing

• Process Discovery & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements from an RPA perspective, assess process complexity, and identify automation opportunities.
• Documentation: Create process maps (current & future state), workflow diagrams, and detailed documentation using Visio or similar tools. Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Solution Design: Define functional requirements, integration parameters, and business cases (including ROI calculations) to support automation initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, architects, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery and signoff of requirements.
• Quality & Governance: Follow defined templates, ensure stakeholder buy-in, and document signoffs for compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Support innovation by integrating partner products like ABBYY and UiPath Document Understanding.

What You Will Bring

• Fluent Romanian and English.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner (Finance, Accounting, Insurance, HR, or ITO services).
• Minimum 1.5 years of BA experience on UiPath implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of RPA technologies, process documentation, and automation lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath products (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Task Capture).
• Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities — both written and verbal — and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ROI calculation and business case preparation.
• Experience working with defined documentation templates and obtaining client signoff.

Nice to Have

• UiPath Professional Certifications.
• Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent document processing.
• Industry experience in finance, manufacturing, or public sector.
• Understanding of UiPath infrastructure and deployment requirements.
