Project-based (B2B) – 3–4 months – Automation Developer (UiPath) – Hybrid in Bucharest

Flow Automations, a strategic partner of UiPath, is looking for an Automation Developer to join a project-based engagement, supporting UiPath’s enterprise automation initiatives.

This is a 3–4 month contract, where you will work directly with UiPath teams through Flow Automations, contributing to the development and delivery of automation solutions for enterprise clients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design & Build: Develop, test, and deploy advanced automations using UiPath — incorporating AI, Python, and cloud-native architectures.
• Modern Automation: Implement Agentic AI, intelligent document processing, and LLM-powered solutions within UiPath workflows.
• Containerization: Build scalable, maintainable, and containerized automations (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Process Engineering: Analyze and redesign business processes to maximize automation ROI.
• Solution Ownership: Create reusable components, follow best practices, and maintain structured, well-documented code.
• Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor, debug, and optimize automations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging automation and AI technologies, helping shape UiPath’s ecosystem evolution.

What You Will Bring

• Fluent Romanian and English language skills (essential for working with enterprise customers).
• Deep UiPath expertise (design, development, deployment, orchestration).
• 2+ years in automation/software development, with strong experience across SDLC.
• Hands-on Python knowledge, with the ability to integrate Python scripts into UiPath workflows.
• Cloud & Containers: Experience with containerized solutions (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud-native deployments.
• AI/LLM exposure: Understanding of large language models, intelligent document processing, or Agentic AI implementations.
• Database & Scripting: Solid SQL and scripting background.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks or AI agent design.
• Industry experience in finance, manufacturing, public sector, or healthcare.
• Prior exposure to IT project/change management and UAT processes.
• Ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
