Contract-based role via Flow Automations, supporting UiPath – Remote or Hybrid (preferred proximity to Cluj or Bucharest)

Flow Automations, a strategic partner of UiPath, is hiring an RPA Solution Architect to support UiPath’s enterprise automation programs.

This role goes beyond traditional RPA design: you’ll architect Agentic workflows, Document Understanding pipelines, and AI-integrated solutions that address non-deterministic process challenges and drive digital transformation at enterprise scale.

What You Will Be Doing

• Architecture Design: Define solution architecture for UiPath automation projects across enterprise environments.
• Agentic Workflows: Design automation patterns that integrate decision-making AI and dynamic, context-aware logic.
• Document Understanding: Architect robust pipelines using UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and Python-based integrations.
• AI & GenAI Integration: Leverage LLMs, GenAI models, and ML frameworks to handle semi-structured/unstructured data.
• Technical Leadership: Provide governance, best practices, and technical direction throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and globally distributed engineering groups.
• Mentorship: Guide developers, promote architectural standards, and ensure quality delivery.

What You Will Bring

• Fluent English (German a strong plus).
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years hands-on UiPath experience, with deep knowledge of the UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Action Center, Test Suite, Insights).
• Strong understanding of UiPath workflow frameworks (e.g., REFramework, DU Framework, Orchestration Processes).
• Demonstrable experience delivering UiPath solutions leveraging AI/LLMs (e.g., Prompt Engineering, Context Grounding, AI Center).
• Strong programming skills in Python (AI/ML frameworks), TypeScript, and C#, with solid OOP and computer science fundamentals.
• Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and designing highly scalable, reliable solutions.
• Proven ability to define solution architecture, provide technical leadership, and mentor engineers.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex architecture to diverse technical and business audiences.

Nice to Have

• UiPath Professional Certifications (Solution Architect Professional, Developer Professional, Specialized AI Professional).
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or other GenAI integration patterns.
• Exposure to other automation platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, NICE).
• Familiarity with AI orchestration tools such as Camunda, Microsoft Copilot, CrewAI, Salesforce AgentForce, LangChain, or ServiceNow AI Agents.
• Understanding of UiPath infrastructure and deployment requirements.
