📋 What you’ll be doing (Your Mission):


  • Portfolio Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with our current clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize account retention.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify new opportunities within your existing portfolio to introduce additional products/services.
  • Business Development: Actively prospect, cold-outreach, and pitch to potential new B2B clients across the target regions.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to closing the deal.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of local market trends to tailor our value proposition effectively.


🧰 What you need to bring:


  • Languages: Fluency English (written and spoken). Professional fluency (C1/C2 or Native) in at least one of the following languages is mandatory: Polish, Bulgarian, Ukrainian or Croatian.
  • Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • The "Hunter & Farmer" Mentality: You know how to nurture relationships (farmer) but get a thrill from closing a new deal (hunter).
  • Self-Starter Attitude: Comfortable working independently and managing a diverse geographic territory.
