Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Account Management Representative to join our dynamic Sales Department. This is a position focused on lead generation, building long-term relationships with clients, and supporting the sales and account management process to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively research and identify potential clients in the market. Reach out to prospects to generate new sales opportunities.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for further engagement. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. Act as a trusted point of contact during the early stages of the sales cycle.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Product Knowledge: Become well-versed in the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with senior sales representatives to convert prospects into long-term clients. Provide support in closing deals and meeting sales targets.
