Sales Account Manager ADS

eMAG provides its platform to external companies that sell their own products through our website, making them visible to all our customers. The Marketplace team handles everything related to seller relationships, starting from scratch: contracts, terms of presence on eMAG, payments, listed products, collaboration rules, tracking and analyzing consumer trends, reaching out to potential sellers, and helping existing ones grow their business alongside us.

What you'll have to do:

  • The role involves calling the allocated sellers monthly based on a call plan, with the goal of driving the adoption of the eMAG ADS service. It also includes providing recommendations for account optimization, maximizing results, and increasing sales on the platform;
  • Ensure the adoption of the eMAG ADS advertising service by enrolled marketplace sellers;
  • Analyze the results of eMAG ADS campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization;
  • Drive the growth of allocated budgets for eMAG ADS campaigns and achieve sales figures and assigned targets according to KPIs;
  • Monitor the adoption rate of services and the sales plan on a daily basis;
  • Conduct market research to assess the potential of assigned sellers;
  • Continuously analyze the results and performance of partners in the portfolio;
  • Support partners in developing and promoting their product range and improving their revenue;
  • Actively participate in periodic projects such as finance, commission changes, courier integrations, and events like Sellers' Day and Black Friday;
  • Assist partners in activating accounts on eMAG Ro/Hu/Bg platforms and ensure their data is always up to date.

What makes you a good fit:

  • Have at least 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales;
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in online advertising, e-commerce, digital performance marketing, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads;
  • Are familiar with SEM-specific metrics: CTR, CPS, ROAS, clicks, impressions, conversion rate, cost per conversion, etc.;
  • Have completed or are currently completing higher education;
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus;
  • Possess strong analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Have intermediate to advanced English proficiency;
  • Have medium-level proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Are familiar with communication and negotiation techniques;
  • Have knowledge of online marketing techniques and usability;
  • Have technical IT knowledge;
  • Are eager to learn continuously and use software specific to daily activities;
  • Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude;
  • Possess logical and structured thinking;
  • Are results-oriented, flexible, and creative.
