📍 Location: Arad or Timisoara, Romania 💼 Position: Full-time

What will you do?

• Collaborate with customers and technical design teams to analyze project requirements and offer the proper solutions.
• Ensure a global customer strategy that meets specific satisfaction needs (Quality, Cost Effectiveness, Timely Delivery, and Support).
• Present, promote, and sell EMDEP products and services.
• Create annual sales roadmaps and customer visit schedules based on regional strategies.
• Provide after-sales support to your customer portfolio.
• Assist the commercial team with proposals, pricing, and ensure the achievement of defined KPIs.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a technical sales role or as a Sales Representative.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced English level (knowledge of Spanish is a plus!).
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
