SANY is one of the world's leading construction machinery manufacturers, present in over 180 countries. We are expanding our operations in Poland and looking for a driven Sales Specialist to grow our wheel loader business across the Romanian market.

About the role

As a International Sales& Marketing Specialist for Wheel Loaders, you will be responsible for developing the Romanian market for SANY loader products — from channel building and distributor management to key account acquisition and full-cycle order execution. You will be the face of SANY in the field, working directly with contractors, rental companies, and mining enterprises.

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow loader market share, sales volume, and revenue in Romania
• Recruit, onboard, and manage local distributors and agents; maintain a compliant and structured sales network
• Build direct relationships with end customers: engineering contractors, mining companies, and equipment rental groups
• Lead business negotiations, tender preparations, and contract execution from first contact to order delivery
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis; produce actionable market reports and product positioning plans
• Coordinate brand promotion activities: trade shows, customer visits, and product demonstrations
• Oversee the full order lifecycle: production coordination, logistics, customs clearance, delivery, and after-sales follow-up
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with R&D and supply chain teams to improve product fit for the Romanian market

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, marketing, mechanical/vehicle engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of overseas sales experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicles
• Solid knowledge of international trade rules, customs clearance, foreign exchange, and overseas business practices
• Familiarity with wheel loaders or similar construction equipment — product knowledge and application scenarios
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural skills; comfortable working independently in the field
• Willingness to travel and work on-site across Romania; ability to adapt to a dynamic, results-oriented environment
• Experience in exhibition operations or large-scale project management is a plus
