Responsibilities

• Support the retail sales team with CRM and various sales-related tasks
• Maintain, update, and qualify contacts, leads, and organizational charts within the CRM system
• Create and manage marketing lists, leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively
• Develop dashboards and reports, such as pipeline overviews in Power BI
• Join sales meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-up tasks
• Craft engaging presentations on sales structures and processes
• Assist with job ad crawling and prep materials for account managers
• Champion AI in sales by sharing best practices and brainstorming innovative tool uses

Qualifications

• Currently studying or holding a degree in economics, natural sciences, communication sciences, or a related field
• Genuine interest in sales, ideally within a retail setting
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Comfortable with digital tools like CRM systems, Power BI, collaboration platforms, and AI applications
• Independent, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work, plus a love for teamwork
• Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude
• German language level at least B2
