Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Associate specializing in Influencer Marketing. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and building strong relationships to expand the agency’s customer base. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospective brands, conducting sales pitches, negotiating contracts, maintaining consistent communication with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the success of influencer campaigns. Additionally, the role involves tracking the performance of campaigns and identifying opportunities for growth in alignment with TCE’s global influencer marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship-building and addressing client needs
• Proven Sales expertise and the ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to contribute to success
• Background in Sales & Marketing with a strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital trends
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of global markets and cross-cultural communication is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
