• Presenting and recommending products across different brands and categories;
• Providing knowledgeable advice on product features, craftsmanship, heritage, styling, and care;
• Creating elevated fitting-room experiences and assisting clients throughout the decision-making process;
• Building meaningful, long-term client relationships and developing a strong clienteling mindset;
• Following up with clients and identifying opportunities to introduce new collections, relevant products, private appointments, and special events;
• Managing the complete sales process, from initial contact through payment, packaging, and after-sales support;
• Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, product care, and visual merchandising;
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and collective sales objectives;
• Supporting private appointments, exclusive events, brand activations, and other client experiences;
• Contributing to a culture of continuous learning and exceptional service.

Role Description
The Luxury Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at TOFF Galleries in Bucharest. The role involves being responsible for welcoming clients, delivering personalized consultations, and guiding them through collections from leading international fashion houses and contemporary brands.
The Luxury Sales Consultant will take the client through the entire journey, from the initial welcome and discovery of their needs to product selection, styling, fitting, purchase, and after-sales service. The role requires the ability to understand each client’s individual preferences, present relevant products with confidence, and communicate the craftsmanship, heritage, design, and distinctive qualities of each brand.
You'll need:
• Strong sales consulting skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend relevant luxury products;
• A genuine passion for fashion, luxury, art, culture, and exceptional customer experiences;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with a diverse and discerning clientele;
• The ability to communicate product details, styling recommendations, craftsmanship, and brand heritage in an engaging and compelling way;
• A strong customer-service mindset, with a natural focus on creating personalized and memorable experiences;
• The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and develop a strong clienteling approach;
• Professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and impeccable personal presentation;
• Fluency in Romanian and English; additional languages are an advantage;
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic retail operations;
• A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach;
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, according to TOFF Galleries’ schedule.
Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, beauty, or other premium industry is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
