Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Sales Data Analyst to join our Business Excellence team where we cover our Central Southern Eastern Europe (CSEE) organisation, with 9 countries in scope.
In this position, you will report to CSEE Business Excellence (BE) Manager.
The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for high-level analysis of the reports and sales figures provided by our distribution partners located in different markets where our products are sold. Ultimately, your role is to provide relevant and useful insights regarding our products and customers’ performance, as well as to support our commercial organisation by highlighting business opportunities. This role is highly involved in tracking our Sales Force Effectiveness KPIs and providing solutions to reach our business priorities. You are therefore a key partner and work closely with the sales managers in each country as well as the in-field teams.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Master Data Management

  • Maintain master database such as customer profile, territory, employee, and target information and continuously seek ways for enhancement
  • Conduct routine customer data matching and mapping validation
  • Routinely monitor data accuracy and system usage

Engagement

  • Regularly work with commercial and sales team to improve data collection, validation, and reporting process to drive both speed and accurate delivery
  • Work with BE Manager to process quarterly territory and healthcare professional (HCP) target group setting information in the system
  • Track KPIs related to Sales Force Effectiveness
  • Super user of BI and CRM able to answer queries and questions regarding system use
  • Be point of contact and expert on Veeva/BI for the other BE Managers and Veeva/SOA.

Customer Segmentation/Profiling

  • Customer Profiling Management for CRM. Ensuring data is collected to allow segmentation and targeting strategies to be implemented.
  • Track sales force performance

Qualifications
We are seeking a person with experience in a similar role as a data, customer or sales analyst, minimum of 2-3 years of analyst experience. The role requires a high level of organization skills, coordination with external and internal parties, and solid time management skills. You should be able to demonstrate previous experience of working collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external providers.
In addition, you have:

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year experience in working with “big data”/analytics
  • Fluency in written and oral English , Fluency in local language
  • Proficiency in MS application, with advanced excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
  • CRM systems experience and ideally training others in these systems
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills in sales data
  • Self-starter attitude and a history of quickly and smoothly executing complex projects with minimal guidance.
  • Experience from life science industry preferable but not mandatory
  • Power BI experience preferable but not mandatory

Additional Information
This position is ideally located in our office in Prague. Alternatively, you could be based at our offices located in Budapest or Bucharest. Please note the position requires 3 days attendance / week at the office. The deadline for applications or referrals is 20th May.
