The role is newly created and supports the sales team by owning the CRM, sales reporting, and the data collection tools used for market research. Main Purpose of the Job:
The Sales Data Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the company's CRM, producing sales statistics and reports, and building the data collection forms and structures used for market research surveys. The role includes some direct client interaction and is focused on data, systems, and internal reporting to support the sales team's activity.
Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience; this is not an entry-level position.
• Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, Microsoft, or similar) is required.
• Strong, confident user of computer tools and comfortable spending extended periods working with data and software.
• Advanced level of English.
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of processes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data and findings to management.
• Results-oriented, reliable, and able to flag delays or issues proactively.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Openness to developing into a more sales-oriented role over time is a plus, but not required.
