Responsibilities
Identify target accounts (based on ICP)
Research companies and decision-makers
Reach out via:
Email
Cold calls
LinkedIn messages
Personalize outreach
Respond to leads (demo requests, content downloads)
Ask discovery questions: budget, authority, needs, timing
Decide if the lead is worth passing to an AE
Schedule calls for Account Executives
Ensure prospects show up (reminders, follow-ups)
Pre-qualify further before handoff
Log all activities in CRM tools like:
Salesforce
HubSpot
Keep contact and account data clean
Track pipeline stages
Re-engage cold or unresponsive prospects
Run multi-touch sequences (email + call + LinkedIn)
Keep leads warm until they’re ready
Work closely with:
Account Executives (handoff quality)
Marketing (lead quality feedback)
Share insights on messaging and objections
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in sales B2B customer support
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
