Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior commercial management role, preferably within the non-banking or banking financial sector.
Proven experience in managing teams and commercial structures.
Strong knowledge of financial products and the regulatory environment.
Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and results-driven mindset.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Higher education—preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
