We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong technical and commercial background to drive strategic sales within the industrial sector — including steel, metallurgy, cement, chemical, and petrochemical industries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in industrial sales and marketing, preferably in heavy industry sectors (steel, metallurgy, cement, chemical, petrochemical).
- Direct experience managing and negotiating high-value contracts (≥ EUR 3M/year) with national and international key accounts.
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business (technical studies are a strong advantage).
- Solid technical knowledge to support complex commercial negotiations.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to develop and retain key client portfolios with major business impact.
- Availability for domestic and international travel (approx. 50% of time).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Confirmed experience in complex B2B sales and large-value contracts.
- In-depth understanding of industrial markets and international trade dynamics.
- Excellent communication, client relationship, and negotiation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and strong results orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and secure major commercial contracts ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
- Identify and attract new business partners in target industrial markets.
- Supervise and monitor contract execution for both domestic and international clients.
- Analyze tenders and coordinate commercial offers in collaboration with Technical, Production, and Finance departments.
- Actively participate in complex commercial negotiations and provide strategic and economic insights.
- Monitor project progress and maintain continuous communication with clients throughout execution.
- Ensure achievement of annual sales targets (contract volume, profit margin, production load).
- Prepare and deliver commercial reports, market analyses, and performance dashboards to top management.
