We are currently seeking a SALES ENGINEER (Private Market) with 2- 5 years’ experience that could evolve professionally to become Senior Sales Engineer with the following qualifications:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (master’s degree is a plus)
• Extensive knowledge of the Romanian energy sector, including regulatory frameworks, market structure, trends, and upcoming challenges
• Experience in the energy industry, ideally in HV/MV equipment and systems
• Proven track record in business development, strategic sales, and managing long sales cycles for technical solutions
• Established network within the Romanian energy market (utilities, EPCs, regulators, IPPs, large industrial energy consumers)
• Experience in preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to understand client needs and tailor technical solutions accordingly
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to travel within Romania to meet clients, attend meetings, and support project-related activities
• English (written and spoken)
