Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in Bucharest or Ploiesti. The role includes technical support, quotations, customer interaction and project coordination end-to-end project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs and propose technical solutions based on Yokogawa Field Instruments.
• Select appropriate instrumentation and prepare technical data for quotations.
• Review specifications and prepare detailed commercial offers (including cost calculations in Excel).
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Coordinate with clients and factories for clarifications.
• Manage project budgets, planning, documentation, and post‑order activities.
• Organize shipments and inspections

About You

• Strong Excel skills and experience preparing commercial offers.
• Good technical understanding and ability to read specifications.
• Experience with instrumentation (pressure, flow, temperature, level).
• Knowledge of logistics, documentation, and project coordination.
• Proficient in English; advanced French is a strong advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Organized, proactive, customer‑oriented, and able to lead meetings.
• Comfortable in an industrial environment and willing to travel.
