Now we’re looking for someone who will help us grow our presence in the Hungarian market.
The role
We’re looking for a native Hungarian speaker based in Bucharest who enjoys talking to people, identifying opportunities, and turning conversations into partnerships.
You’ll work with companies in Hungary that want to improve their employer branding, reputation, and visibility among candidates.
Your work will include:
- Identifying and approaching companies in the Hungarian market
- Understanding their recruitment and employer branding challenges
- Presenting our solutions and demonstrating how they can help
- Running sales discussions (calls, online meetings, email)
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Managing relationships with your clients and identifying upselling opportunities
- Using our CRM to track leads and opportunities
- Sharing feedback from the market with our product and marketing teams
What Kind Of Person We’re Looking For
- Native Hungarian speaker
- Good level of English
- Sales experience (B2B sales is a plus)
- Comfortable speaking with decision makers (HR managers, directors, founders)
- Curious about business, people, and how companies build their employer brand
- Organized and able to manage your own pipeline
- Someone who likes targets and enjoys closing deals
Please note: this role is based in Bucharest, and applicants must have residency and the right to work in Romania.
