Main responsibilities:
Team leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets,
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback,
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Sales Management
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals,
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies,
Set ambitious but achievable sales targets for the team,
Monitor individual and team performance against targets,
Take corrective actions when necessary,
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients,
Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions,
Resolve escalated client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base,
Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities,
Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
Team management
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team,
Keep the team informed about product updates, market trends, and sales techniques,
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client satisfaction and business growth,
Lead negotiations for major contracts, pricing, and terms,
Ensure contracts align with company policies and profitability goals.
Ideal profile we are searching for:
Skills:
Sales management, team leadership and achievement of sales targets
Ability to motivate, guide, and develop a high-performing sales team
Develop and implement effective sales plans aligned with company objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, team and stakeholders
Networking abilities to build great relationships with key clients and industry contacts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or in related field,
A Masters degree is an added advantage,
+5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the CWS or related industry,
Previous experience in team leadership and coaching, including virtual or at distance team,
Experience in working with CRM tools (Sales Force), MS-Office applications
Experience in digital sales and digital marketing
English – medium to advanced professional level
