We are looking for a motivated and commercially strong Sales Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new customers, new projects and new business opportunities. If you enjoy meeting customers, identifying opportunities and closing deals — while also driving commercial improvements and profitability — this role is for you.
1. Business Development & Territory Sales
- Manage sales activities in the assigned region (Romania + Balkans optional)
- Proactively identify and acquire new customers and new projects
- Build a strong prospecting pipeline through networking, market research, trade fairs/events
- Develop and execute customer contact plans and sales campaigns
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and value propositions
- Clarify customer needs through structured sales meetings and strong questioning techniques
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with customer accounts and decision makers
- Act as the main contact for customer topics, queries, or complaints
- Ensure excellent service and professional coordination of customer requests
- Maintain accurate and high-quality data in the CRM system (follow-ups, call plans, pipeline)
3. Commercial & Profitability Improvement
- Drive profitability improvement for the Romanian plant through active commercial initiatives
- Support controlling and commercial negotiations for:
- loss-making customers / parts / projects
- re-negotiations and corrective actions to reduce negative margin impact
- Contribute to volume reduction initiatives (parts, projects and spare parts) where needed
- Collaborate internally to ensure customer focus and effective execution of business plans
