Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets and plans through active promotion of construction chemical products within the designated region.
• Expands the distribution network of construction depots, retail chains, and other sellers of construction chemical products.
• Visits construction sites and provides professional solutions tailored to specific needs.
• Conducts negotiations with key clients and partners. Concludes contracts and agreements.
• Analyzes the market and competition, identifying potential business development opportunities.
• Implements marketing activities within the region.
• Provides proposals for improving the company’s performance.

Requirements:

• Sales experience in construction chemicals or construction products will be considered an advantage.
• Strong motivation to develop a career in sales.
• Degree in Construction, Chemical, or other Engineering fields.
• Independence, organization, and proactivity.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Valid driving license – Category B.
