Role’s Key Responsibilities:
The role is based in Romania (preferable Iasi, Piatra Neamt, Bacau area) and is responsible for:

• Follow-up with existing customers, execute sales and develop the existing customer data base in the Industrial market (such as paints, coatings, dry mortars, adhesives, drilling, printing)
• Maintain and expand current business by achieving monthly & annual budget targets.
• Build good, long-term partnerships, providing technical advice & support to the customers, as well as negotiating and closing contracts.
• Show full ownership for the product management and sales tasks dedicated to the role.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Αcademic background (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering) is mandatory.
• Working experience in sales of chemicals & solutions, and existing knowledge & network within this market, or technical experience in laboratories and R&D departments can be an advantage.
• Good command of the English language, and PC literacy (CRM, MS Office).
• Driving license & open to travel over the region.
• High achiever, able to identify customer needs and translate them into business opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about achieving goals/targets.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
