We're launching a premium electric-mobility brand in Romania, with models such as the AION V SUV (up to 510 km WLTP range), and building the national sales and service network from scratch.For this project, we're looking for a Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy and drive GAC AION's growth on the local market.What you'll do:•Define and deliver the sales strategy and targets for GAC AION in Romania•Build, develop and manage the national dealer network from the ground up•Set volume, revenue and market-share objectives and steer the business to hit them•Design commercial policies, pricing frameworks and incentive schemes together with the brand and finance teams•Recruit, train and coach the sales team and dealer partners on EV-specific selling•Own the sales funnel and forecasting, and report performance against clear KPIs•Work closely with marketing, aftersales and the regional/global GAC AION teamsWhat we're looking for:•Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in automotive, retail or a distribution/dealer-network environment•Track record of building or scaling a sales operation or launching a new brand/product (strong advantage)•Strong commercial acumen — comfortable with targets, margins, forecasting and negotiation•Experience managing teams and/or partner networks•Genuine interest in electric mobility and the confidence to sell a challenger brand•Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, results-driven approach•Advanced EnglishWhat we offer:•The rare opportunity to build and lead the sales business for a new brand in Romania•A strategic role with real visibility, ownership and impact•The backing of a solid organization — the world's largest automotive distributor•A dynamic environment focused Show more Show less
